These are pretty general but none the less important for your wordpress blog. They will help optimize and bring users to you blog. So lets begin.
1)WordBook
In this age people have a more refined agenda when looking on the web. The amount of “surfers” has been decreasing. This is simply because there are some super giant websites life Facebook that are killing blog’s traffic. In order to get some of that traffic back, you use Wordbook. What wordbook does is integrate your wordpress blog with facebook, it automatically sends a post to facebook every time you post on your blog. It also includes 3 pictures and a basic summary of your post, and of course a link to the post on your site.
2)Twitter Tools
Yet another super site that is attracting attention is Twitter, Twitter tool helps do the same things wordbook does for facebook, only it does it for twitter. again it integrates you wordpress site with a big site in order to draw traffic.
3) Sociable
Sociable helps spread the word on one of you amazing posts, it does so by allowing users to easily access social networking sites like Dig, or del.ic.ious, and post something about your post. Once again, easy access to stuff like this will help spread the news.
4) All in one SEO Pack
This plugin helps optimize your blog for search engines. It does this by letting you add meta data to your site. Helping bots crawl your site and find the info they need quicker and faster. This thing does wonders and is a must to all wordpress blogs.
5) Tagaroo
This plugin helps you in adding tags, and making your site somewhat adaptable you the Web 3.0, tags are important and not only because they help your users find what they want, they also help with SEO. And not only does Tagaroo help with tags it also recommends pictures based on the tags you have.
You can get all of these pulgin’s through WordPress 2.7+ add plugin feature. I hope this helps aspiring bloggers on their search for traffic and optimization.
